<blockquote><p>It is not only the normal business diversification, today,  most of the companies are found to adapt various policies like acquisition, merger, alliances and many more.</p></blockquote>
<p>  The attempt  of privatization for many government services  have been clearly noticed all over the world. It is not only the survival, organizations have been drastically changing their ways of work and even the marketing strategies to sustain growth. </p>
<p>We must not ignore the vast technological advancements that have been continuously changing the periphery of a manager&#8217;s work. Perhaps automation  in such a large scale had never happened in the past. </p>
<p>A manager is not only to equip him with such technological parameters but he has to be highly aware about the continuously changing business scenario to maximize the yield for the organization. </p>

<p>The additional management training has been evolved in such a changing scenario. Many reputed management schools have been offering part time management courses or even bridge courses. One manager can avail the opportunity of distance education or online management education also. </p>
<p>One needs to continuously update himself to sustain his growth, even if he is an existing manager, as he is very closely challenged by many others.</p>
