The yellow journalism and envied critics often depict a dirty and camouflaging image about the corporate career, but in reality it is the reverse. It is the spirit and dynamism that can really push you through the ladder at an unbelievable speed.

It is a foolish notion of the ignorant people that the top notches of the corporates always prefer to fill up the key posts with the favorite people. It must be understood that at the end of the day every manager is accountable for his cost center and no organization would like  to incur unnecessary costs continuously.

It is indeed true that the managers in the corporate ladders are awarded enormous power about selecting or discarding their team members. 

The accountability of the managers will never provoke them to stuff the team with inefficient people only because of favoritism.
